Salvage & Reclamation Yards Are For Everyone !

According to Kirstie Allsopp and Sarah Beeny, legends in the TV world of property and development, reclamation is back!

It's been great seeing such positive publicity for the world of reclamation, gone are the days that these sites are little more than scrap yards.

Kirstie Allsopp's Channel 4 show Kirstie's Homemade Home has been great at making reclamation and salvage yards "cool" again for the masses rather than just those in the trade.

Sarah Beeny's recent TV programme, Sarah Beeny's Restoration Nightmare, documented her and her husband ambitious plans to renovate a 97 bedroomed mansion in Leeds, called Rise Hall.  It was fascinating to watch the transformation and amazing to see how they didn't let the enormity of the project phase them.
